In addition to her undergraduate studies at Jacksonville State University, Kelly received her Master’s degree in Psychology from the University of West Georgia. Kelly’s strong background is rooted in sales and marketing, which included working as a trainer for a national flooring company teaching the sales staff on product knowledge and sales techniques, as well as working as an area manager for Nutri System weight loss centers.
When Kelly transferred to Blockbuster Video, she was district manager for 12 stores and responsible for staffing, operations, and financial management. Kelly was quickly promoted to a regional marketing manager with over 300 stores covering the southeast region. Kelly attributes her strong organizational, marketing, and business skills to this 10 year span of her career. Kelly started her real estate career at Centex Homes, a national home builder, which has since been bought by Pulte Homes.

After gaining a true understanding of new home and resale property sales, Kelly decided to step out on her own and get her real estate license. In 2002, Kelly began working with Keller Williams Realty in Sandy Springs. She later transferred to the Peachtree Road office in Brookhaven and has since grown her team; Kelly Marsh & Associates.
