Sherry has held her license in Georgia since 2001, and has been the transaction coordinator for Kelly Marsh & Associates since 2005. From binding date to closing day, Sherry’s keen eye for detail and strong organizational skills make her an asset to the team as she coordinates the details for the clients so all deadlines are met and closing happens as smoothly as possible.

With a background that includes 8 years of managing a $3 billion commercial mortgage portfolio for Prudential Commercial Mortgage Group, a degree in economics and management from DePauw University, as well are a paralegal certification from Chattahoochee Technical College, Sherry has been an important part of the success of Kelly Marsh & Associates.

Sherry and her husband, Steve, have been frequent investors in real estate throughout the years, and currently own and manage a vacation rental on the banks of Fightingtown Creek in Blue Ridge, Georgia.
